Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:

Our products are made to order. Each order will ship approximately 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days (domestic) and 14-21+ days (international) for order to arrive. 

We ship all orders with tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for any stolen packages or lost items.

International orders may have additional custom fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these costs and we cannot be held responsible for any custom delays.

Return:

At Endless Aster, we take pride in our products and have high standards to ensure all orders are received in perfect condition. If an item breaks during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. Please also send us a photograph of the broken item.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, mugs, jewelries and personalized/customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Exchange is accepted for unused items only within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on exchange items.
